I do apologize

I didn't get round to writing anything yesterday, i was in the studio but we was soo busy with people coming in and pulling etc. So yes got in at 10 and Miss XXX and i went down to the newsagents to pick up Look magazine (a pair of sun glasses were featured) on our return there were a few sample bags waiting so i set to work sorting them and updating the follow ups list. This all doesn't seem exciting but its things that need to be done! Not everyday can be an ELLE day!

The first person in was from Labb magazine and she pulled LOADS and i mean loads, like 20-something pieces all together! Half way through her visit one of the jewelry designers came in to go through her pieces with us. Her pieces are amazing! She makes leg chains and arm chains and chest pieces and shoelery (as the name states). She was so down to earth and even named one of her new pieces after me, a dyed red flattened rabbits head chest piece. It sounds grosse but its all totally awesome and she only sources her taxidermy from sources that have the pieces already.

Labb magazine had gone by this point and soon after we were joined by two stylists from Germany (i can't remember the magazine name...) but again they were really nice! The pulled quite a lot and everyone seemed really happy with how the day had gone. A lot had been taken and the stylists all seemed positive that pieces would be shot.

Once everyone had left the studio it was just Miss XXX and i and she gave me the last job of the day, writing a press release! Now although i am studying journalism i have never actually done this before, i've only recently decided that PR is a route i want to take within the fashion industry. So after an hour of writing, sore eyes and a bit of a headache i finished and sent a copy to Miss XXX and left for the day slightly worrying if she would be disappointed in my writing skills (it had been the first time i had done any writing for her)

Later on i received a text "Brilliant press release! X"

PEACE
